Unlike her name suggests, harmony very rarely follows Armonia Adair. Perpetually stressed, with her blood pressure spiked and a twitch she developed in her eye, Armonia is holding it together as best she can under the scrutiny she faces as the niece of the Head of the Judicial branch of the government, while also committing vigilante activity with her best friend, Farley MacAllister.

As they close in on information on their target, Armonia is growing ever more anxious to get Fletcher back, and get her hands on any information about the childhood she can't remember in the Concilium facility.

As described by his best friend Armonia: "Farley is a dumbass with more charm than good sense. But he has a heart of gold and I would do anything for him."

And honestly? That sums him up better more than I, the writer, ever could.

Unlike Armonia, the planner, Farley is a doer. He's a man of action, sometimes to a fault, but it's that determination and optimism that allows him to be a rare beacon of hope and kindness in a city like this. Whether his steadfast belief that his twin brother Fletcher is still alive is for Armonia, himself, or both remains to be seen.

Talia is possibly the only woman for miles around with her head screwed on straight. Armonia and Farley would be lost without her. She's a bit of a chronic worrier, but who can blame her when her friends are taking on Concilium all on their own?

Talia runs and maintains a greenhouse in the Epiquin district of Los Caídos, and easily the most flourishing one in the whole city (and quite possibly the continent). In a world with no nature and no naturally occurring greenery, this has made Talia an extremely wealthy young woman. She's something of a prodigy in that regard.
